To save money and time, we proposed and the Government accepted the installation of a pipe liner in lieu of replacement. The milling and repaving of the intersection was completed from 7:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. to alleviate impact to base operations.

Description: The Federal Courthouse in Tallahassee has roof mounted stanchions to support window cleaning and façade maintenance. OSHA requires that this system be load tested every ten years. We located a testing firm and worked with them to develop a testing methodology meeting all OSHA requirements. The work sequence had to be coordinated with an ongoing re-roofing project.
